About
I am passionate about the transformative power of storytelling and its capacity to inspire social change. My expertise lies in creating and editing compelling narratives across a wide range of subjects. Much of my experience has been as a self-shooting producer, director, and editor, working with NGOs such as the Disasters Emergency Committee, Macmillan Cancer Support, and Médecins Sans Frontières.
Over the past decade, I've been involved in an array of projects, from crisis-response videos and short factual explainers to brand development and campaign-driven videos. This breadth of experience highlights my ability to listen to different organisations' needs and tailor content to suit varied purposes and audiences.
Beyond my film work, I have been collaborating with artists and community groups to develop my own artistic practice. This has included photographing poets, artists, and activists; exploring projection mapping; creating immersive audio experiences; and integrating insights from my studies in Psychology. I also enjoy writing poetry and short stories. I am working towards merging these practices into a cohesive body of work.
I believe one of my core strengths is my ability to collaborate effectively with others. This includes working closely with individuals who are terminally ill, children, survivors of domestic violence, and even directing celebrities. I believe our identities are shaped in our interactions with one another, and in the stories we share with others and ourselves.
